0. AI Workflow Finder (aggregated, anonymous use)

The AI Workflow Finder is a free tool on cocreate.consulting. When you complete a session, we may record an anonymized set of fields in a secure database (for example, job title, inferred industry, team size, the label of your top-ranked workflow, types of work you selected, tools you toggled, data-posture choice, and which landing page variant you used). We do not store your name, company name, company URL, free-text task descriptions, or other information that would identify you in that log.

We use that anonymized data only in aggregate: to understand demand (e.g. common workflows, industries), to improve content and workshops, and to inform CoCreate's research. We do not sell that data. Inputs you provide are processed by an AI service (via OpenRouter) to generate your on-screen results. If you enter a company website and we cannot load the page, we may still ask the model to suggest a short, general description from public or training knowledge of that domain (clearly labeled in the tool as inferred, not read from your live site). You should review and correct it. What you type may be subject to the processor's standard retention for security and operations — see their policies for details.

If you are in the EEA/UK, we process inputs to deliver the tool on the basis of your consent (when you continue past the in-tool notice) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate use of the tool. Because the analytics log is anonymous by design, we generally cannot link a stored record to you; if you contact us we will explain what we can do within technical limits. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze website traffic and improve your experience. We use Google Analytics and other industry-standard tools to understand how visitors interact with our content.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services to deliver our programs and manage our community. These include:

  • Skool: Used for our course community and content delivery.
  • Meetup: Used for organizing UX Support Group events.
  • Calendly: Used for scheduling consultations and coaching.
  • Stripe: Used for secure payment processing (we do not store your credit card information).
  • OpenRouter: When you use features that call our AI (including the AI Workflow Finder), your prompts are sent to a model via OpenRouter.
  • Airtable: We may store anonymized analytics for the AI Workflow Finder as described in section 0 above.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your enrollment or inquiries, and send you “Field Notes” and updates (which you can opt-out of at any time).
